    Sourcing Overview (Videos)

    Every Sourcing Event, no matter the complexity or category goes through Key Phases:

    1. Building - a process of gathering requirements with stakeholders, configuring the Event to run appropriately, and eventually publishing out to the identified suppliers.
    2. Managing - communicating with stakeholders and suppliers during the process and making edits to the Event itself.
